About Buckfast Abbey Christmas Market

Buckfast Abbey's Christmas Market is billed as its biggest yet, with more stalls than ever selling handmade gifts, artisan pieces and seasonal treats in the shadow of the abbey. Local performers play across all three days, including the Brent Singers, Dart Valley Hand Bells and a traditional mummers play.

Food and drink includes turkey baps, mince pies, mulled wine and the abbey's own Monks lager and ale. On Saturday there are abbey church tours and an Advent carol service sung by the Abbey Choristers. Parking is free, dogs on short leads are welcome, and entry is just £1, payable on the day.
