About Plymouth Respect Festival
Plymouth Respect Festival is a much-loved celebration of diversity that has been bringing the city together for more than two decades. Centred on a colourful community parade and a lively day of events, it fills the city centre with live music, dance, performance and the sights and flavours of the many cultures that call Plymouth home.
Family activities, world food and community stalls make it a warm and welcoming occasion for all ages, with a strong message of inclusion at its heart. Free to attend and run with the help of local volunteers and partners, it is one of the highlights of Plymouth's late-summer calendar.
